• Subscribing to the regular version of HS-Canada means that you will receive each message individually. There are usually between 10 and 30 messages sent on weekdays.



• Subscribing to the digest version means that you will receive one message per day containing all of the previous day's messages. This is sent out just after midnight Eastern Time.



• If you subscribe to the regular version of HS-Canada and want to switch to the digest version, choose "Subscribe or change to the digest version".



• If you subscribe to the digest version of HS-Canada and want to switch to the regular version, choose "Subscribe or change to the regular version".



• If you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive messages from HS-Canada, nor will you be able to send messages to the list. You can resubscribe at any time.
